Felix Gutierrez

Felix Gutierrez began working in the specialty trailers industry in February of 2000 where he excelled as an electrician at the Calumet Coach Company in Chicago, IL even during the acquisition phase when Calumet was acquired by AK Specialty Vehicles which would later become OshKosh Specialty Vehicles.
Later in 2006, Felix began working at Calutech Mobile Solutions as an electrician where he was then promoted to the Quality and Warranty Manager. Here he managed quality systems, maintained an ISO9001 certification, ensured product quality, created and maintained technical documentation, addressed customer warranty issues and technical support, parts queries, onsite training, and field service. In 2011, Felix began working for Kentucky Trailer’s Specialty Vehicles division based in Wixom, Michigan as the Customer Service and Warranty Manager where he currently manages warranty issues, technical support, aftermarket service, parts queries, field service, onsite training, quality system and ISO9001 certification ensuring product quality.
Felix holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management fron Indiana Wesleyan University and an associate’s degree in Computer Graphics through the International Academy of Design and Technology in Chicago, IL.
